Lely Resort Guides (Nicholas Nolan LLC) collects only the information you choose to give us through our contact and request forms — typically your name, email, phone, and what you’re looking for. We use it to respond to you and help with your real-estate questions. We don’t sell your information.

Information you submit via forms (name, email, phone, message, and any details you provide), and standard, anonymized analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type) to improve it.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, send information or listings you requested, and follow up about buying or selling real estate. Form submissions are handled through our form provider and may be added to our client-relationship system so we can keep track of your request.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide our services (for example, with our brokerage, Realty ONE Group MVP, or service providers that operate the site and forms) or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just email nick@naplesliving.us. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option.
